Carrozza, Giuseppe Joe of North Haledon at rest in Wayne on June 5, 2003. Devoted husband of the former Julia Soranno. Father of Gino and Irene Carrozza. Son of Maria Irene Carrozza. Brother of Anna, Angelo, Filippo, Pietro, Dino, and Vincenzo Carrozza . Grandfather of Joseph and Gianna Carrozza. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. OBITUARY Giuseppe Joe Carrozza age 63 of North Haledon died Thursday. Born in Montescaglioso, ITALY he came to the U.S. in 1966 residing in Paterson before moving to North Haledon in 1971. He was a Supervisor for Dinico Lighting, Hawthorne, NJ. for many years before retiring 2 years ago. He also was a teacher in Italy. Mr. Carrozza was a parishioner of St. Pauls R.C. Church, Prospect Park, NJ. He was a member of the San Rocco Club in Paterson, NJ. He was a coach for North Haledon Soccer. Survivors include his wife: The former Julia Soranno of North Haledon A son: Gino Carrozza of North Haledon A daughter: Irene Carrozza of North Haledon A mother: Maria Irene Carrozza of Italy A sister: Anna Carrozza of Italy 5 brothers: Angelo Carrozza of Roseland, NJ Filippo Carrozza of Italy Pietro Carrozza of Italy Dino Carrozza of Italy Vincenzo Carrozza of Italy Also survived by 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
