Ged Barbary, Mary (nee Jamous) of Clifton at rest in Paterson on May 10, 2003. Beloved wife of 43 years of the late Joseph N. Barbary and beloved wife of 20 years of the late Charles N. Ged. Mother of Michael Barbary, George Barbary, Joseph Barbary, Almira Tahmoosh and Mary Jane Portelli. Step- mother of Dr. Eugene Ged and George Ged. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Boulevard, Totowa on Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. A Funeral Service to follow at St Anne Melkite Catholic Church, West Paterson at 10:00 A.M. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Tuesday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. OBITUARY Mary Barbary Ged (nee Jamous) age 88 of Clifton died Saturday. Born in Norwich, Conn. she lived most of her life in Paterson and Clifton. She was homemaker and worked for the credit department for Macys Paramus. Mrs. Ged was a parishioner of St Anne Melkite Catholic Church, West Paterson and a member of its Rosary Society and choir. She was also a Dame of Jerusalem. She was predecased by her first husband Joseph N. Barbary in 1980 and also by her second husband Charles N. Ged in 2001. Survivors include 3 sons: Michael Barbary of Tannersville, NY, George Barbary of Totowa, NJ, Joseph Barbary of West Paterson, NJ 2 daughters: Almira Tahmoosh of Wayne, NJ, Mary Jane Portelli of Wayne, NJ 2 Step-Sons: Dr. Eugene Ged of Wyckoff, NJ George Ged of Cliffside Park, NJ Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 Great GrandChildren. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Boulevard, Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
