He was the Transportation Manager for Synavant, Totowa, NJ for the past 2 years. Prior to that, he worked for Olin Corporation, West Paterson for many years. Prior to that, he worked for the Metal Lathers Local #46, New York. Mr. Carroll was a Councilman for the Borough of Totowa from 1976 to 1981 and was a Marine veteran.
