Canning, Manuel Manny J. of Paterson at rest in Paterson on February 19, 2003. Beloved son of Teresa (nee Gutierrez) Canning and the late John E. Canning. Brother of Madeline Gambatese, Mary Ann Kaminski, Katheleen Torres, John E. Canning Jr., and the late Elaine Canning and Carol Vacca. Nephew of Manuel Gutierrez and Ralph Gutierrez. Cousin of Richard Gutierrez. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Boulevard, Totowa, on Monday at 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 11:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Sunday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. He was a Data Processor for the Human Resources Department for A & P, Paterson, NJ. Predeceased by his father, John E.
