Son of Lauretta (nee Stevenson) and the late Alexander Messier. Brother of Linda Romanelli and Alexander Messier. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Totowa and Pompton Plains before moving back to Totowa. He was a Service Manager for Elmwood Ford, Elmwood Park, NJ for 15 years. Mr. Messier was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Totowa.
