Father of Scott Hanley and his wife, Annette, Cynthia Fanslau and her husband, Thomas, Diane Hanley, Ann Rockford, and the late Paul Hanley. Brother of Margaret Schweighardt. Grandfather of Michael Hanley, James Rockford, Nicholas, Kristin, and Alexa Fanslau, and the late Eric Hanley. Services are private at the request of the family. Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Totowa for most of his life. He was a Line Man for New Jersey Bell, then Bell Atlantic, then Verizon, Totowa, NJ before retiring. Mr. Hanley was a member of the Totowa Volunteer Fire Company #1. He was a member of the Bell Pioneers. He was a Navy Veteran during the Korean Conflict.
