Garofalo, Anthony M. Red of Franklin Lakes formerly of Totowa at rest in Ridgewood on June 11, 2004. Beloved husband of the late, former Lillian Oliveri. Father of Donna Beane. Father-in-law of Joel Beane. Brother of Mary De Flora, Jenny Ingeno, and the late Jean Porte, James Garofalo and Michael Garofalo. Grandfather of Kerrie Kovacs and her husband Richard Kovacs and Kelly Jo Reid and her husband Ricky Reid. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:00 A.M. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 9:30 A.M. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com. OBITUARY Anthony M. Red Garofalo age 84 of Franklin Lakes formerly of Totowa died Friday. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa he lived in Paterson then Totowa for most of his life before moving to Franklin Lakes about 2 years ago. He was a Construction Laborer for Union Local #592 of the Laborers International Union of North America for 40 years before retiring 20 years ago. Mr. Garofalo was a former member of the VFW, Totowa and was a WWII Army Veteran. Preceeding him in death was his wife: The former Lillian Oliveri, his sister: Jean Porte, 2 brothers: James Garofalo and Michael Garofalo Survivors include: A daughter: Donna Beane of Franklin Lakes, NJ 2 sisters: Mary De Flora of Florida Jenny Ingeno of Little Ferry Son-in-law: Joel Beane of Franklin Lakes, NJ Also survived by 4 grandchildren. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
