Giovanetti, Emil C. of Ocean, NJ formerly of Paterson at rest in Long Branch on May 26, 2005. Devoted husband of the former Sophie Y. Fusillo. Father of Emil Giovanetti, Dean Giovanetti, Mark Giovanetti, Amy Giovanetti, Peggy Hartman, Lynn Mc Taggert and the late Robert Mark Giovanetti. Brother of Anne Picarelli and Gene Giovanetti. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. Giovanetti age 80 of Ocean, NJ died Thursday at St. Barnabus Hospice at Monmouth County Medical Center. Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Paterson most of his life then Oakland before moving to Ocean, NJ 3 years ago. He was an Electrical Engineer for Singer-Kearfott, West Paterson, then Wayne, NJ before retiring. He was a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. He was a member of the Toastmasters. He was also a member of the Disabled American Veterans and was WWII Army veteran. Preceeding him in death was his son: Robert Mark Giovanetti Survivors include his wife: The former Sophie Y.
