Joan (nee Cesarini) Rascio age 71 of Paterson died Tuesday. Born in West Virginia she lived in West Virginia before moving to Paterson. She was a waitress for King George Diner, Wayne, NJ for 16 years before retiring. Prior to that she was a waitress at Olympic Grill, Paterson, NJ.
