De Feo, Peter of Pompton Plains, Pequannock Twsp., N.J. at rest in Wayne, N.J. on September 22, 2005. Beloved husband of the former Elizabeth Betty Portella. Father of Cara D. Van Zile and her husband Walter and David A. De Feo. Grandfather of Samantha and Zachary Van Zile. Brother of Judy De Feo, Anthony De Feo and Bob De Feo. Son of Lee (nee Merkle) De Feo and the late Anthony De Feo. Also surviving are 4 Nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Monday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of Good Counsel R. C. Church, Pompton Plains, at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Magnificat Cemetery, Kinnelon. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. OBITUARY
Peter De Feo age 65 of Pompton Plains, Pequannock Twsp. died Thursday. Born in Paterson, N.J. he has lived in Paterson before moving to Pompton Plains in 1973. He was Executive Vice President of Mergers and Aquisitions for First Union Bank, Newark, N.J. for over 40 years. Mr. De Feo was a parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel R.C. Church, Pompton Plains. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
