Pinto, Umberto age 75 of Totowa at rest in Paterson on April 14, 2011. Beloved husband of fifty two years of the former Amerina "Rose" Bianco of Totowa. Loving Father of Natalie Pinto-Altonjy and her husband Lawrence of Manahawkin, Josephine Capizzi and her husband James of Oakland and Connie Pinto of Totowa. Dear Grandfather of Robert Capizzi, Brittany Capizzi and Victoria Capizzi. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Acquapesa, Prov. di Cosenza, Italy, he came to the U.S.A. in 1965 settling in Paterson, then West Paterson before moving to Totowa twenty two years ago. He was a Self Employed Electrician for Pinto Electric, Totowa for many years before retiring in 2001. Mr. Pinto was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa. He was an avid gardener. He was also a collector of hats and caps. Mr. Pinto was loved by many close friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Monday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
