Monachello, Salvatore age 69 of Paterson at rest in Wayne on February 22, 2013. Beloved husband of the former Crocella Morello. Loving Father of Carmen Cedeño and her husband Victor, Franca Monachello and Gianni Monachello. Loving brother of Giuseppina Penna and her husband Carmelo, Santina Blasucci and her husband Nicola, Marissa Nicosia and her husband Bruno, Giuseppe Monachello and his wife Anna, Francesco Monachello and his wife Melina, Angelo Monachello and his wife Antoinetta and the late Sarina Ferrara and Giovanna Penna. Beloved brother in law of Giuseppe Morello and his companion Fior D' Aliza De La Cruz, Paolo "Paul" Morello & Daniela, and Maria Ramos & her husband, Juan. Survivors also include many nieces and nephews. Born in Scoglitti, Sicily, Italy, he lived in Scoglitti until 1973 before coming to the United States and moving to Paterson. He was a Machine Operator for Thomas Henshall Silk Finishing Co., Inc., Paterson, for almost 30 years before retiring. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Anthony R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa. Visitation will be Monday 2- 4 and 7- 9 PM.
