Portelli, Anne A. (nee Tinella) age 81 of Toms River at rest in Toms River on December 7, 2010. Beloved wife of Samuel A. Portelli of Toms River. Loving Mother of Susan Salomon and her husband Garry of Bensalem, PA, John Portelli and his wife Eileen of Wall Township, William Portelli and his wife Susan of Los Altos, CA and Roslyn Sharkey of Hazlet. Grandmother of Laura, Andrea, Sam, Alexandra, Brett, Katherine, Robert, Gabriella, Jacqueline, Marissa and Veronica. Sister of Ruth Gilberti, and the late Lucille Brillante and Joseph Tinella. Sister-in-law of Mary Portelli, Concetta Helble and the late Joseph Portelli. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson, before moving to Toms River. She was a Speech Pathologist for the Verona Board of Education, Verona before retiring in 1993. She was a current parishioner of St. Maximilian R.C. Church, Toms River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Thursday 7-9 PM and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
