O'Neill, Thomas J. age 63 of Totowa at rest in Totowa on November 17, 2010. Loving Father of Joseph O'Neill of Lincoln Park. Dear son of Mildred (nee Dean) O'Neill of Totowa and the late Thomas O'Neill (2005). Brother of Edward O'Neill and his wife Marie of Totowa and Raymond O'Neill and his wife Maria of Totowa. Born in Paterson, he moved to Totowa nine years ago. He was a Warehouse Worker for Star Stainless Screw Company, Totowa, for many years. Mr. O'Neill was an Army veteran. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society, NJ Division Inc., Bergen County Unit, 20 Mercer Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601 would be appreciated.
