Dear son of Ana Lydia (nee Martinez) and her husband Justino Polanco of South Carolina and the late Earl Lester Dixon, Jr. Caring Brother of Jaimie Dixon-Rivera and her husband Tito, Stephanie Polanco, and Jennifer Polanco-Quiñonez and her husband Dan Jonathan. Adoring Uncle of Naomi Enriquez, Jayden Rivera, Danasia Banks, Khadafye Banks and David Quiñonez. Doting Cousin of Christopher De Leon and Jeffrey Rodriguez. Born in Passaic, he lived in Clifton then Paterson before moving to Woodland Park. Charles was an Engineer Technician for Metrology Laboratories Inc., Rockaway. He is remembered by his family as an avid motorcycle and car driver, who was the life of the party. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Interment to follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visitation will be Friday 7-9 PM only.
