Tirinato, Josephine D. (nee Dente) age 85 of Toms River at rest in Toms River on September 29, 2010. Beloved wife of Anthony P. Tirinato of Toms River. Loving Mother of Loree Griffith and her husband Drew of Asbury and Jody Zelin and her husband Mike of Plainsboro. Sister of Theresa Pierrehumbert of Cary, NC, Rose Bradley of Sarasota, FL and the late George Dente. Grandmother of Leanne and Brettt Griffith. Born in Belleville, she lived most of her life in Wayne, before moving to Toms River. She was a School Teacher for Hurden Looker, Hillside for many years before retiring. Mrs. Tirinato was a member of the NJ Education Association. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
