There are so many precious memories I have of you, Grandpa. Honestly, I used to dread all of the stories you'd tell us every Sunday, due to their exasperating length and my inability to understand your broken English as a young child. Now,however, I know I would give anything to hear just a few more stories... A few more life lessons. One of my favorite stories that seems to describe you to a "T" is the story of how one night you, my mom, Rachael and I were sitting down getting ready to eat Sunday dinner and you look up from your plate for a brief second and say, "Rachael... You're ugly". You then smiled the biggest, toothiest grin, and silently went back to eating your dinner. You always loved to smile and loved life in of itself because you had a beautiful family. You left behind such a great legacy, Grandpa, I love you dearly and will always keep you near and dear to my heart. When you're up there in heaven, you may want to keep an eye out for Aunt Vinnie. She's stronger than she seems, but could still use some help. I love you, Grandpa.
