Englehardt, John "Tink" age 82 of Hawthorne at rest in Wayne on March 10, 2010. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor (nee Anzaldo) Englehardt (2007). Loving Father of John Riley Englehardt and his wife Nancy of Mass., and Gale Horan and her husband Mike of Farmington, CT. Dear Brother of Edwin J. Englehardt of Paterson, Paul Englehardt of North Haledon, Richard Englehardt of Totowa and Alma Englehardt of Wayne. Grandfather of Matthew and Courtney Englehardt and Bryan and Stephanie Horan. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson, before moving to Hawthorne. He owned and managed Englehardt Auto Body, Hawthorne for 50 years before retiring. He was a WW II and Korean Conflict Navy Veteran. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 8:30 PM. Cremation is private at the request of the family. Friends may call Friday 6-9 PM only. In lieu of flowers donations to, ASPCA, PO Box 96929, Washington, DC, 20090-6929 would be appreciated.
