Giardino, Gaetana Ida age 86 of Pompton Lakes at rest in Wayne on February 3, 2010. Dear sister of Urbano Giardino of Paterson and Alfred Giardino and his wife Mae of Pompton Lakes. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson for most of her life before moving to Pompton Lakes twenty years ago. Miss Giardino was an Operator for N.J. Bell Telephone Co., Paterson, N.J. for many years before retiring in 1988. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
