Malec, Betty J. (nee Cotterill), age 83 of Midland Park at rest in Midland Park on December 4, 2009. Born in Paterson, she lived in Totowa most of her life before moving to Midland Park six years ago. Betty was a homemaker and a lifelong member of Christ Episcopal Church, Totowa. Beloved wife of the late Walter Malec (1988). Caring sister of Ethel M. Clifford of Midland Park. Aunt of Kate Grabianowski of Middletown, NY and Robert Clifford and his wife Joan of Upper Saddle River. Great Aunt of Kailin, Sarah and Caroline. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Committal prayers to follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Monday 7-9 PM only.
