Dear Roy: You are One in a Million. We felt very privileged to be your friends! You were a loving husband to Anne, the ideal parent & father to Cindy, & a wonderful caring grandfather, to Stephanie & Abigail! I,(Carmine), remember you as a great football player for Central High School. As a Policeman, you were always fair and looked up to, by the men under your command. As a Politician, you were the epitome of what an elected Governmental person should be. The United States of America, would be a better place today, if ALL the elected officials, in office today, had your sense of Honesty & Morals! You and Anne were among the few TREASURED friends, we were blessed, to ever have! We miss you already. We have already gone to mass and dedicated it to you/your memory.
