Altshuler, Ronald L. Sr. "Big Ron" "Ronnie Cassa" age 72 of Woodland Park at rest in Rochelle Park on January 16, 2013. Beloved husband of Carol (nee De Pasquale) Altshuler of Woodland Park. Loving Father of Ronald L. Altshuler, Jr. of Sparta, Dana J. Altshuler of Sparta, Carrie A. Graziano and her husband Louis of Woodland Park and Tracy L. Snyder and her husband Jason of Woodland Park. Grandfather of Samuel and Alexander Graziano and Jason Snyder. Beloved cousin of Tony Tomasello of Totowa, Joanna De Marco of Wayne, Mary Grace Perrupatto of Wayne and Karen Beth Frasco of Tuxedo, NY. Also survived by many friends on his home block, Garden Avenue and down the Shore in Wildwood. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson, then Haledon, before moving to Woodland Park in 1967. He was a State Surveyor for New Jersey Department of Transportation for many years before retiring. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
