Obituary of Anthony Briganti

Briganti, Anthony "Tony" age 95 of Paterson at rest in Cedar Grove on August 29, 2009. Beloved husband of the late and former Carmen Monachello, (1999). Loving Father of Jeanette E. Salotti and her husband Bob of Clifton and Mary Ann Mangione and her husband Joe of Cedar Grove. Cherished Grandfather of Ann Marie Mangione and Andrea Mangione. Dear Brother of Anna Barilla of New Hyde Park, N. Y. Also surviving are several Nieces and Nephews and his beloved Pet Dog, Phoebe. Born in New York, N.Y., he lived in Prospect Park for most of his life before moving to Paterson ten years ago. He was a Drill Press Operator for Curtis-Wright Aeornautical Corp.,Wood Ridge for many years before retiring in 1976. Mr. Briganti was an avid Pinochle Player. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
