Obituary of Henry Amantea

Amantea, Henry age 82 of Berkeley Township at rest in Toms River on August 6, 2009. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson for most of his life before moving to Toms River 20 years ago. He was a Printer for Berles Carton Box Company Inc., Paterson before retiring. Mr. Amantea was a parishioner of St. Maximillian Kolbe Church, Toms River; a former parishioner of St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson, and was a World War II Navy veteran. Beloved husband of the late Nerina (nee Mancini) died 2006. Loving Father of Frank Amantea & his wife, Terry of Oak Ridge, Richard Amantea & his wife, Janice of Kinnelon, and Francine Halczli & her husband, Richard of Oak Ridge. Grandfather of Frank Jr., Jaclyn, Heather, and Alexa. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Monday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
