Jacko, Joyce (nee Scepan) age 63 of Jersey City at rest in Jersey City on July 18, 2009. Loving Mother of Edward Jacko of Rockaway, Tracey Torres of Totowa and Dawn Lazzari of Closter. Sister of Joanna McClellan of Georgia and Janet Kajkowski of Nevada. Also survived by 4 grandchildren. Born in Canada, she lived most of her life in North Bergen and Jersey City. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 10:00 AM.
