DeLuccia, James J., Jr. age 84 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on July 15, 2009. Born in Paterson, he lived there most of his life. He was a Dentist and had a family practice in Paterson and Haledon for fourty years. After that he was a teacher at Jersey City Medical Center for 5 years before retiring. Doc as he was also known, was a WW II Army Veteran and an avid horseman. Loving Father of James J. DeLuccia, III of Paterson, Ralph DeLuccia of Wayne, Thomas DeLuccia of Montague and Alyssa DeLuccia of Germany. Beloved grandfather of James, Catherine and Daria. Mother of his children, the late Anna Mae Zoccolillo-DeLuccia. Brother of the late Ralph DeLuccia and Angie DeVita. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church, Wayne at 9:30 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Standardbred Horse Retirement Foundation, 108F Old York Rd.
