Horvath, Eugene age 77 of Toms River at rest in Toms River on June 27, 2009. Beloved husband of nearly fifty years to Agnes Horvath ( nee Wilke ). Loving Father of Carol Lynn and Valery of West Orange, Agnes Jean and Timothy Marks of Somerset, Eugene P. of Saddle Brook, Theresa and Kevin Nendze of Little Falls, Dawn Martinez and Mark of North Plainfield. Grandfather of Jacqueline, Steven, Tyler, Christopher and Jonathan. Great Grandfather of Jennah. Brother of Louise Balazatics of Lincoln Park and Michael of Fountain Hill, PA. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Austria, he came to the U.S.A. in 1955 residing in New York, then in New Jersey before moving to Toms River ten years ago. He worked for the Paterson Board of Education, Paterson, N.J. before retiring. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Visiting hours will be on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Vandyke Hospice & Palliative Care Center, 99 Route 37 West, Toms River, N.J. 08755 would be appreciated. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
