Obituary of Charles Kady

Kady, Charles "Lefty" age 86 of Paterson at rest in Wayne on May 16, 2009. Beloved husband of Aiba (nee Cioletti) Kady of Paterson. Loving Father of Charles Kady and his wife Cynthia of Wayne, John Kady and his wife Sally of Wayne and Aileen Paduano and her husband Louis of Wayne. Brother of Janet Decker of Paterson. Grandfather of Charlie, Nicole, Louis, Jr. and Christine. Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong city resident. He was an owner/proprietor of West Broadway Liquors, Paterson for many years before retiring. Mr. Kady was a member of the Paterson Dovers Club and he also played for the Paterson Dovers Softball Team. He was a WWII Army Air Force veteran. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Cremation is private at the request of the family. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
