By his picture he must have been a very knowledgeable and kind person. I know it's been so many years but I just came upon the notice, Since I moved out of the state years ago. Dr Bhatnagar was a wonderful Doctor,I owe my life to him,when I was ill he was the only one who knew about the rare syndrome I had. So my heart felt condolences to his wife and his children.
