Arteaga, Luz M. (nee Gonzalez), age 67 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on April 12, 2009. Born in Yungay Ancahs, Peru she came to the United States in 1981 residing in Paterson before moving to Totowa a year ago. Luz was a Homemaker. Mrs. Arteaga held the title of "wife" of the President of the A.R.U.S.A. Beloved wife of the late Leonidas Arteaga. Loving Mother Edward Arteaga of Belmar, Edwin Arteaga of Bloomfield, Carmen Arteaga of Ocean, Marcos Arteaga of Paterson, Leonor Ambrose of Clifton, and Maria Sanchez of Totowa. Dear daughter of Maria T. (nee Mejia) Gonzalez of Peru. Grandmother of 12, sister of 5. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Mary's R.C.
