Obituary of Alexander F. Auchus

Auchus, Alexander F. age 88 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on April 4, 2009. Beloved husband of the former Theresa Bafundo. Loving Father of Alexander P. Auchus, M.D. and his wife Mirella of Memphis, TN and Richard J. Auchus, M.D. and his wife Mary Lou of Dallas, TX. Grandfather of Isabella, Alexander, Nadia, Gabriella and Gregory Auchus. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he has lived in Totowa for the past fifty one years. He was a Comptroller for Metropolitan Petroleum, New York, N.Y. for many years before retiring in 1983. Mr. Auchus was a Parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa. He was a WWII Army Air Corps Veteran holding the rank of 1st Lieutenant. Mr. Auchus was an avid Golfer and Fisherman.. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C.
