Obituary of Raymond S. Ceriani

Ceriani, Raymond S. age 72 of Haledon at rest in Haledon on January 7, 2009. Beloved husband of the former Adrienne Borgatti of Haledon. Loving Father of Robert Ceriani of Aurora, CO, Brian Ceriani and his wife Jessica of Denver, CO, Mark Ceriani of Aurora, CO and Christine Ceriani of Elmwood Park. Grandfather of Emma Rae Ceriani of Denver, CO. Brother of Peter Ceriani of Sayville, Long Island, NY and the late Noel Ceriani. Born in Bronx, NY he lived in Haledon the past 39 years. He was a Program Analyst for Dial America, Mahwah. After that he worked part-time at Barnes and Nobel, W. Paterson as a book seller. He was a parishioner of St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson for 39 years. He was a lecturer and eucharistic minister both in church and for the homebound. Raymond was involved with two of his sons in Boy Scout activities. He loved gardening and books were his passion. Ray helped with numerous civic and charitable organizations. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Monday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Cremation at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Gerard Majella R.C.
