Obituary of George Wheeler

Wheeler, George age 78 of Newfoundland at rest in Pequannock on October 4, 2008. He was predeceased by his first wife, Elizabeth (nee Tarby) Wheeler. Beloved husband of Patricia A. (nee Lyle) Wheeler. Step-father of William Hannan of Sparta, Cathleen Giuliana of Lincoln Park, Susan Varcadipane of Totowa, Barbara Mason of Boonton Twsp., Patricia Kenney of Freehold and the late Ross Hannan. Step-father-in-law of Lorraine, Edward, Vincent, James, Robert and Erica. He was predeceased by his step-grandson Ross Hannan. Also survived by 14 step-grandchildren. Born in Paterson, he lived his adult life in Newfoundland. He was a Line Man for PSE & G., Clifton for many years before retiring. He was a Passaic Valley High School graduate, Little Falls. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
