Obituary of Josephine Galante

Galante, Josephine age 95 of Cedar Grove at rest in Cedar Grove on September 4, 2008. Born in Pittston, PA she lived in Paterson since 1928 before moving to Cedar Grove. Josephine was a Sewing Machine Operator for Samuel Bruton, Paterson before retiring in 1975. She was a parishioner of St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson. Beloved sister of Angeline Solazzo and her husband Anthony and the late Frances Lanza, Jenny Gumino, Mary Scangarello and Charles Galante. Survivors include several nieces and nephews, Grand nieces and nephews and Great grand nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa. Family and friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
