Mikula, Maurice age 84 of Totowa at rest in Morris Plains on July 8, 2008. Beloved husband of the former Jean Bodnarczuk of Totowa. Loving Father of Karen Mikula of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. and Michele Tobon and her husband Dan of Morris Plains. Precious Grandfather of Marissa, Christian and Matthew Tobon. Dear Brother in Law of Anthony Giaconia of Clifton. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and his beloved Pet Dog, Rudy. Born in Passaic, he lived in Passaic before moving to Totowa 52 years ago. Mr. Mikula was a Postal Supervisor for the U.S. Post Office, Wayne, for 35 years before retiring in 1989. Mr. Mikula was a WW II Army Air Corps Veteran. He was an avid Golfer, Bowler, and Gardener. He was dedicated to his family. Funeral services were private at the request of the family. Entombmemt took place at George Washington Memorial Park Mausoleum, Paramus. Donations in his memory may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, C/O St. Claires Hospital, 400 West Blackwell Street, Dover, N.J. 07801.
