Obituary of Florence C. Saccal

Saccal, Florence C. Flo (nee Wilson) age 74 of Totowa at rest in Livingston on March 20, 2008. Beloved wife of Michael G. Saccal. Mother of Renee M. Gregory and her husband Bill of Florham Park, Carol A. Joseph and her husband John of Hewitt, Therese M. Mc Govern and her husband James of Chatham and Scott A. Saccal and his wife Teri of Alexandria. Grandmother of Jacob, Sarah and Nathan Saccal, Emily and Claire Mc Govern and Nicole Gregory. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson before moving to Totowa in 1959. She was a Dispatch Clerk for Bell Atlantic Telephone Co., Midland Park for many years before retiring in 1991. Mrs. Saccal was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa, where she was a CCD Teacher and a Eucharistic Minister. She was a member of the PV Elks Lodge #2111 Ladies Auxiliary, Totowa. She was a member of Bell Telephone Pioneers. She was a member of the Totowa Happy Seniors. Mrs. Saccal was devoted to her family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, East Hanover. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
