I met Bill in 2009 at Dr. Nepa office and it was a pleasure to have met him. Adrian I'm sending prayers and love for you and your family Quilts of love.
I worked with Bill at NJB when we were both young. Bill was free spirited and always fun to be around. He was unique. Not your typical NJB engineer. Knowing Bill I don't think he changed much over the years. And that's how I will remember him. To his family I am sorry for your loss.
