Great Grand-Papa, when my mommy went into labor early with me, You never doubted once that i would be okay. There was always confidence in your voice. You had faith in me before i even took my first breath. The first time you held me, you never hesitated to hold me despite my tiny body. I thank God that I came 2 months early into this world because I was able to spend a little extra time with you. I wouln't trade those months for anything!Your son Mike, (my papa)is gonna make you smile as he is already following into your footsteps as a wonderful Grandfather. I love you!

My Papa, It is almost one week since you went home. I hurt,as do many. Was is just a dream?Did I just hold your hand and kiss you?Weren't we just laughing and talking? Didn't Micah just climb on your lap to be snuggled by your loving embrace?Papa, my Papa how you are missed,my heart aches to hear you say "My Jackie". I cannot deny my pain BUT My Papa, the joy that lives inside of me because of you surpasses the tears and hurt. I rejoice to the Lord above when i think of your patience, love and endurance. Your strength has amazed many, your humble truth of leaning on the Lord for that strength has always encouraged me to do the same. Thank you for that example of discipline, I pray that i will make you proud in all that I do! See you at the pearly gates. I will be running on the streets of gold to embrace the Lord Jesus as you did! Thank you Lord for this Legend in my life!!!

I have only wonderful memmories of you. You are the best. There was not one time in your life that you were selfish, you only wanted us to have everything. You never thought of yourself. Even at the end when you were holding on all you wanted to know if my new job was good. You are an amazing man a great leader. There will not be a moment in my life that I will not think of you. The only thing that sooths my pain is that I know you are with the other great my mother. I love you with all my heart until we meet again. your loving daughter xxx000

Grandpa,
Words can't express my sorrow-you will be missed but I know you are in a better place and now I have another Angel watching over me. I am so grateful I that was with you until God called you home-it was the most difficult thing I have had to do but I am grateful that you were not alone and may you rest in peace.
Love,

I am proud to say I knew Tony, and filled with sorrow for his family, friends and the world because of his loss. I pray that he is hard at work swinging his golden hammer with the greatest carpenter that ever lived, Our Lord Jesus! There are words that can describe the person, but I can not think of Tony without these words coming to mind: Integrity, Family, Italian, Experienced, Old-fashioned, hard working, enduring, proud, devoted, loyal and a Yankee fan. I have many fond memories of him from my childhood to the present. Forever in my mind and heart will be memories of parties in the backyard, conversations while sitting around Uncle Mike's dining room table, and our many Yankee discussions. I hope he remembers to tell the Babe that I am a huge fan! Who knows, maybe he can convince God to allow the Yanks to win the World Series this Year?!...
"A little while and ye shall not see me; and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father"
John 16:16
"Weeping may endure but a night, joy cometh in the morning."

They say you can judge a person by how much he is loved by those who know him. If this is true, then Tony was a great man. I have many fond memories when I was growing up and how he interacted with his grandkids (My cousins). He was always very caring and generous. His son (My Uncle Mike) is a very strong, loving, caring & generous man. Much of this obviously comes from Tony. Our heart & prayers go out to his loved ones. We'll miss you Tony

The Most Generous Man I've known, my Grandfather...I have many grand memories that i will cherish and i will wear on my heart forever!! You taught me the true values of life and that hard work and love can make the difference, money is only a tool that can be used and to never let it use you..enjoy the life you have by laughing a lot and loving the people closest to you unconditionally...
We are the most fortunate grandchildren ever to have been given such a gift of a
grandfather! We don't have a choice in who our family is; God puts us all together and a
grandfather can take on the role as leader or Captain, leading by example and by love...on a day
like this and how awful i feel in missing him I also try to remember how blessed and
fortunate I am to have had such a man in my life as my Captain!! I hate that he has left
us, but I know that he lives in our hearts forever...I guess God just needed a Foreman in
the Sky!!

I met Mr. Curcio only once. The occasion was the 30th birthday celebration for his grandson, my good friend, Dan. I found myself spending most of that evening talking with this old Italian, I think because he reminded me of my own grandfather, and many of my uncles, all old Italians who led good, rich lives and have since passed on. My memory of Mr. Curcio is of a good, decent, down-to-earth man who loved life. A proud man who told me of his successes in business- not because he wanted to impress me but because he took great pride in the hard work that earned him those successes. Most of all I remember a man who loved his family dearly, who did the right thing to the best of his ability, and when it came to figuring out what was really important in life, a man who got it right. My sincere symphathies to all of you at this time of sorrow and loss.

Grandpa, it is still hard to believe that today was your time. It is all too surreal for me right now. But I take faith and comfort in the fact that you are in a better place now looking upon us all everyday. I will always carry you inside me. I will miss our Yankee chats, but every Yankee game will remind me of you.
Love you always-
