Mych,Walter H. age 80 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on January 4, 2008. Beloved husband of the former Jane Whalen of Paterson. Father of Stephen Mych and his wife Karlyne of Sarasota, FL and Deborah Capul and her husband Domenic of Manhassett Hills, NY. Grandfather of Christopher Mych and Andrew and Thomas Capul. He was Predeceased by his 1st wife Helen (nee Morris) and his brother Philip Mych. Born in Queens, NY, he lived in Valley Stream, NY before moving to Paterson 20 years ago. He was an Engineer for American Broadcast Company (ABC), Lodi, NJ for 15 years before retiring. Mr. Mych was a Navy veteran during the Korean Conflict. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
