Obituary of Ronald R. Martinez Diaz

Martinez Diaz, Ronald R. Chino age 40 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on December 29, 2007. Beloved husband of the former Lisa L. Figueroa. Loving Father of Gianna M. Martinez of Paterson, Jennifer M. Martinez of Clifton and Ronald E. Martinez of West Paterson. Dear son of Eduardo and Margarita (nee Diaz) Martinez of West Paterson. Brother of Marvelluz L. Martinez of Mt. Bethel, PA., Jimmy E. Martinez of Palisade Park, Morris M. Martinez of North Haledon and Robbins E. Martinez of Paterson. Also surviving are many nieces and Nephews. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, he came to the U.S.A. in 1979 settling in Paterson. He was an Iron Worker for J&G Schmidt Steel, Inc., Passaic, N.J. for many years. Mr. Martinez loved music and was a drummer on the Bongo and Congas drums. He was also a Mechanic for Race Cars as well as an all around Family Man. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. John's Cathedral, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
