Besso, Harold A. age 79 of West Paterson at rest in Wayne on November 6, 2007. Beloved husband of the former Ruth Brand. Loving Father of Nancy Salemi and her husband, Joe of Alexandria, VA. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson before moving to West Paterson in 1954. He was a Meter Repair Man Supervisor for Public Service Electric & Gas Co., Springfield, NJ for many years before retiring. Mr. Besso was a member of the American Legion West Paterson, NJ and was a Navy veteran during the Korean Conflict. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
