Obituary of Richard Post

Post, Richard Dick age 72 of West Paterson at rest in Wayne on November 4, 2007. Born in Paterson, he lived in Totowa for most of his life, before moving to West Paterson 6 months age. He was the Founder of Venus Creations, Little Falls before retiring. Mr. Post was also a Magician known as "The Amazing Dick". He was a Coast Guard during the Korean Conflict and was a volunteer with the Coast Guard Auxiliary. He was a member of the Society of American Musicians and the International Brotherhood of Magicians. He was the founder of the Danielle Barckett Tyrosinemia Foundation. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #263 Little Falls and was a past member of the Passaic County Unico. Beloved husband of the former Judy Mazza of West Paterson. Loving Father of Rick Post and his wife, Darlene of Little Falls, Pamela Barckett of West Paterson, and Kimberly Frank and her fiance, Frank Coppa of Totowa. Dear son of Connie (nee Wynne) Post of Jackson and the late Richard Post. Brother of Karen Singer of Manchester. Grandfather of Brent, Kara, Justin, Danielle, and Dominic. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson.
