Your Daughter Carla posted a condolence
Mom, I can't believe it's one year to date since God took you from us. It doesn't seem that long ago. It has been pretty hard to face life without you. I am very thankful that I have my sister, but it just doesn't seem to be fair. I miss you so much MOM! Dylan & I went to visit Pat & Margie to show them Dylan's little pumpkin. Dylan got out of the car with his pumpkin and headed right over to your house mom. He went to the door and tried to open it as if he wanted to go in. I guess he wanted to show you the pumpkin, but it broke my heart. Mom, you have not visited me in my dreams in a long time, but I hope you are visiting Dylan in his dreams. Mom, I love you with all my heart and miss you deeply. Love always & forever, Carla xoxox

Hi Mom,
I thought I'd wish you a long distance Merry Christmas and wanted to tell you how much I miss you so and that I love you very much. Don't worry I made sure that Dylan is getting his toy box for Christmas from you. Love you always! Carla

Mom, I miss you very much. When God took dad from us, and I wasn't okay with that, but he was a very sick man. I always figured I'd have you to share things with since daddy was gone. One of the many things, I'm going to miss the most, is not being able to share Dylan's first experiences. I know you will see them from heaven with Daddy, but it still won't be the same. I love you and miss you with all my heart. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

Mom, I love you so much. Even though we had our rough moments, you were always there for me. I'm going to miss the great times we had. God has taken you from us too soon. It will be hard without you being around to tell me what to do. I will miss watching Dylan smile whenever he saw you. We will always remind him of you and the special things you did for him. I will Love and Miss You Always.

Dear Gina and Carla,
I'm so very sorry to hear of your Mom's death. I have so many fond memories of hours and hours of chats on the Hopler's front porch. I know you will miss her dearly. I pray that time will heal the hurt you are feeling now.

TO My Dearest Family And Friends:
There are some things I'd like to say, but first let me assure you that I arrived okay. I'm writting this from heaven where I'm here with God above, and where there's no more tears or sadness, just eternal love. Please do not be sad because I'm out of sight, remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me and he said. "I welcome you" it's good to have you back again you were missed while you were gone. As for your dearest family they will join us later on. Then God gave me a list of things he wanted me to do, and foremost on that list of mine is to watch and care for you. And I will be beside you each day, each week, each year; and when you're sad, I'm standing there to wipe away each tear. When you're walking down the street and you've got me on your mind, I'm walking in your footsteps just half a step behind. And when you feel a southern breeze blow gently cross your face, remember it's just me giving you a soft and warm embrace. And when you lie in bed at night and your prayers are said and done, that's when God and I are nearest as we watch you with his son. I wish that I could tell you all the things that God has planned, but if I were to tell you, you could not understand. One thing is for certain now that my life on earth is O'er, I am closer to you now than I ever was before. When you think of my life and all those too short years, because you're only human you may be brought to tears. Please do not be afraid to cry for it helps relieve the pain, there would not be flowers except for God's sweet rain. And to each and everyone of you, please trust that God knows best, I'm still not far away from you, I'm just beyond the crest. There are rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb, but together we can do it taking one day at a time. It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too, that as you give unto the world so the world will give to you. If you can help somebody who is in sorrow or in pain, then you can say to God at night my day was not in vain. And now I am contented as my life it was worthwhile, knowing as I passed along I made somebody smile. So if you meet somebody who is down and feeling low, just lend a hand to pick him up as on your way you go. And when it's time for you to go from that body to be free, remember you are not going, you are coming to be with me. And I will always love you from this land way up above, and I will be in touch again soon,
P.S. God sends his love.
This poem was sent to us when our family lost our grandmother.

Phyllis was truly a wonderful soul. She was a funny, funny lady that was always full of spunk. When my mom & my dad & my brother passed, Phyllis was always there to send her love. When all my children were born, she always came to see them. I always loved seeing her. Gina & I have been friends since high school and they have all seen their share of trouble & grief. I hope that Phyllis is with Al now and they are happy & healthy and reunited for all eternity. To Gina & Carla and their families, may the comfort of friends & family be your strength now and in the days ahead. Expressing sympathy is always difficult, but all we can say is how sorry we are. May all your memories together be a source of comfort as well. People pass on, but their memory lives on in our hearts forver. She will always, always be missed. Wishing you God's peace!

Phyllis is a special person. She was a caring friend. Know one could ever be down with Phyllis, she knew how to make you laugh. I worked with Pyllis at Cystic Fibrosis about 25 years ago and we have always kept in touch. She has had such a wonderful family. I was fortunate to have known her husband Al and her two beautiful daughters. She was a great wife and mother that just loved her family and what a wonderful family they are. I am so lucky to have met her, you can't help but love her. I will miss her so very much.
