Obituary of Rudolf L. Roos

Roos, Rudolf L. Rudy age 71 of Totowa at rest in Totowa on August 3, 2007. Born in Arzheim, Germany, he came to the U.S.A. in 1956 settling in Clifton before moving to Totowa in 1963. Mr. Roos was Head of Maintenance for the Cedar Grove High School for several years before retiring in 1998. He was a parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa. He was a U.S.Army Veteran. He was also a Soccer Coach for the Totowa P.A.L. as well as being an avid Gardener and Golfer. Beloved husband of the former Theresa Alfano of Totowa. Father of Caroline Sergison and her husband David of Clinton, Eric Roos and his wife Susan of Basking Ridge and Allen Roos and his wife Duska of Livingston. Grandfather of Matthew and Megan Sergison and Emily, Abigail, Julia, Alexander and Marina Roos. Step Father of Dominick Barile. Step Grandfather of Ryan Barile. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Monday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, P.O.
