Sarappo, Ruth P. (nee De Graw) age 87 of Totowa at rest in Paterson on July 30, 2007. Born in Paterson, she lived most of her life in Totowa. Mrs. Sarappo was a Homemaker. She was a member of the American Legion Post #227 Ladies Auxiliary, Totowa. She was also a member of the Passaic County Nutrition Center, Totowa. Beloved wife of the late Carl Sarappo Sr. Mother of Ruthann Monks and her husband Edward of Totowa, Frances Flanagan and her husband Thomas of VT. and the late Carl "Butch" Sarappo Jr. Grandmother of Dwayne Pepe, Sandra Cittrich, Carl N. Sarappo and Christopher and Jackie Vassilowitch. Great grandmother of 7. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. For more information go to www.festamemorial.com.
