Di Pillo, Pasquale J., Ph.D of Paterson at rest in Ridgewood on May 8, 2003. Beloved brother of Peter J. Di Pillo and his wife Mary Ellen, Frances D. Kandravy, and the late Charles Di Pillo. Brother in law of Rose Marie Di Pillo. Also survived by 2 nieces, 4 nephews, a great niece and a great nephew. Di Pillo, Ph.D age 68 of Paterson died Thursday. Born in Pacentro, Prov. Di Aquila, Italy he came to the United States in 1938 residing in Middle Village, NY before moving to Paterson in 1946. He was a Professor of Statistics for Baruch College, NY, NY for many years before retiring in 1995. Prior to that, he was an Industrial Engineer for Singer-Kearfott for several years. He was a parishioner of St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, Paterson. He was a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers-Metropolitan NJ Chapter, the American Society for Quality, The Rutgers University Loyal Sons and Daughters, and the Rutgers Alumni Association. He belonged to the PSC (Professional Staff Congress) CUNY Retirees Chapter, the American Statistical Association, and the Society of Pacentro, Paterson. Preceeding him in death was a brother: Charles Di Pillo Survivors include: A sister: Frances D. Kandravy of Mahwah, NJ A brother: Peter J. Di Pillo of Succasunna, NJ and a sister in law: Rose Marie Di Pillo of Windsor, CT. also survived by 2 nieces, 4 nephews, a great niece and a great nephew.
