Obituary of Lynda Van Houten

Van Houten, Lynda (nee Myers), age 57 of Paterson at rest in Wayne on February 19, 2009. Born in Ridgewood, she lived in Paterson for most of her life. She was a Substitute Teacher for the Paterson Board of Education, Paterson for many years. Lynda was also a Cook at William Paterson University, Wayne. Beloved wife of Cornelius Van Houten of Paterson. Mother of Larry, Michael, Butch, Jennifer and Eleanore all of Paterson. Grandmother of Jordan, Nathaniel, Jonathan, Daniell, Richard, Anna Marie, April Marie and Melissa Dawn. Sister of Donna, Sue, Billy and the late Richard. Mother in law of Nelly Ortiz, Deirdra Shamey and Jafar Alateiat. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 10:30 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
