Mardo, Mary A. (nee Gerro) age 90 of Little Falls formerly of Haledon at rest in West Caldwell on September 22, 2008. Born in Summit, she lived in Summit, then in Haledon before moving to Little Falls. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Mardo was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the John Raad American Legion Post and was an avid gardener and a great dancer. Beloved wife of Raymond E. Mardo Sr. of Little Falls. Loving Mother of Victor Mardo and his wife Carol of Lincoln Park, Raymond E. Mardo Jr. and his wife Judi of West Paterson, Mary Ann McClintock and her husband Chris of Franklin Lakes, and Virginia Novak and her husband Chris of Little Falls. Adoring Grandmother of Michelle O'Neill, Lisa Diaz, Renee Hickerson, Mia King; Jesse and Jordan Novak. Doting great grandmother of Michael Velez, Raschel and Brielle Facciollio, Thalia Diaz, and Grace O'Neill. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park at 9:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
