Gallo, Virginia J. "Ginny' "Gigi" (nee Santini), age 96 of Woodland Park at rest in Woodland Park on June 11, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Henry "Hank" Gallo (2022). Loving mother of Frank Gallo and his wife Tina of Holmdel, and Michael Gallo and his late wife Vickki Bricca Gallo (2020). Adoring grandmother of Carine and Rina Gallo. Sister in-law of Fred Gallo of Pompton Plains, Flo Santini of Deer Park, NY and Patti Santini of South Carolina. Dear daughter of the late Dominick and the late Amelia (nee Di Nora) Santini. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she has lived in West Paterson since 1955. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Gallo was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Pompei R.C. Church, Paterson and was the former President of their Rosary Altar Society. She was a member of the Pompei Seniors Club and the Couples Club. She was also a Eucharistic Minister, Sacristant, and Lector, attended daily mass and always helped the church with whatever they needed. She was an amazing cook and baker, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a very positive person, always counting her blessings and very grateful for anyone and everything. She was generous to a fault, paying close attention to what her family admired and then she would take it upon herself to acquire it for them. She was a trusted confidant of numerous family members and friends. She was also a very proud and loving grandmother to Carine and Rina. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at the Padre Pio Parish (Formerly Our Lady of Pompei R.C. Church), Corner of Dayton Street and Caldwell Avenue, Paterson, on Monday at 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson. Friends may visit at the church on Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Eva's Village, 393 Main Street Paterson, NJ 07501, would be greatly appreciated.
