Conklin, Debra D. "Debbie" age 65 of Toms River at rest in Toms River on May 16, 2026. Beloved daughter of the late David and the late Frances (nee Ornito) Conklin. Loving sister of Jo Anne Altamar and her husband Alfredo of Clifton, Donna Mancini and her husband Philip of Toms River and David Conklin Jr. and his wife Rose of Little Egg Harbor. Dear aunt of Christina Mancini of Toms River, Melissa Guidetti and her husband Michael of Holmdel, Sean Conklin of Hawthorne, Philip Mancini of Toms River and Christopher Altamar and his wife Ana of Woodridge and Grand aunt of Riley Alecca. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson before moving to Toms River twenty five years ago. Debbie was a Payroll Clerk in the Finance Department for Ocean County, Toms River for many years before retiring in 2023. Debbie lived a life filled with laughter and love. She always enjoyed going to see shows whether in New York or Atlantic City, especially to see her lifelong favorite entertainer Donny Osmond. She also loved to visit New York at Christmas time and the boardwalk in the summer. Her dream came true when she was able to take the trip of her lifetime to Ireland, London, and Wales.

But more importantly, Debbie's life revolved around her love of her family and of her beloved dog Mandy. She grew up in a close family that were taught to take care of each other. She lived that lesson her whole life. She loved her brother and sisters and her nieces and nephews were her joy, especially her grand niece Riley. She was always there for her family whenever they needed her. Her kindness and enormous generosity made her who she was, and she will be missed by all who loved her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may visit Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
